At Divastra, we place the highest importance on hygiene, safety, and the integrity of our products. Due to the intimate nature of our collections, all items are handled and shipped under strict quality standards.

FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
This includes situations such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Style or color preference
- Delivery delays beyond our control
- Personal expectations
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie
- Intimate sets & bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Swimwear
- Role-play inspired pieces
- Wigs & accessories
- Clearance / Sale items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Seasonal collections (e.g. Halloween capsule: Oct 20–31)
- Orders purchased with discounts of 50% or more
For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate items are non-resalable once shipped.
EXCHANGES (LIMITED & CONDITIONAL)
We may approve an exchange only in specific cases.
Eligible for exchange only if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- Size adjustment request (subject to approval)
Conditions for approval:
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, odor, or hair
Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Short description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, including:
- Cancellation
- Address updates
- Size or color changes
- Shipping method changes
Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility
- No reimbursement of shipping fees under any circumstance
